"The speed flask cap coupled with either the UltraFlask (for in my pack) or the SkyFlask (handheld) is an optimal way for me to quickly fill my bottles at aid stations without having to worry about unscrew the lid. I'll use the UltraFlask for longer distances where I'll need to carry extra nutrition or layers in my pack and the SkyFlask for shorter races or runs that don't require much gear."
